KEITH CLARKE

Keith, a fourth generation builder, credits his family for his love of custom home building and the building industry. Born in England, and raised in North Yorkshire, Keith started his high end home building company in the UK, in 1981, building numerous luxury custom homes in and around the city of York in the county of Yorkshire. After moving to Florida and growing his vast list of accomplishments and industry awards, Keith continues with the same strong business model and winning work ethic that marks his commitment to customer satisfaction, elevating Hampton Bay Homes to become one of the most well respected luxury home builders in Orlando.

STACY SPENCER-CLARKE

Stacey Spencer-Clarke, Co-Owner of Hampton Bay Homes is originally from Toronto, Ontario Canada, now resides in Orlando, Florida. With 18 years of professional sales experience, marketing, and customer care, From there, Stacey transitioned to the Luxury Residential Real Estate Industry as Global Real Estate Advisor for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. Stacey knows the value of long-term relationships. She considers herself quick to make a new acquaintance feel comfortable and she believes successful and open communication is critical to the process of helping clients meet their real estate objectives.

Stacey believes in developing trusting relationships by listening and comprehending each client’s unique circumstances. She provides solutions to clients’ obstacles through skills of problem solving and comprehension of complex issues.
